Faith

A lonely fruit shop,
near a busy road,
no one stopped to eat,
no one even noticed the shop,

shopkeeper opened it daily and then veiled,
but all his efforts just failed.

He then thought of something,
and picked up a stone,
decorated it with flowers,

colored it with vermilion,

He put it under a tree near his shop,
with an earthen lamp and incense stick,
with few bricks and mud

made a small temple around it.

Now everyone stopped,
bought fruits and prayed,
selling same fruits again,

“Recycled Faith” developed as a trade,

A busy fruit shop,
near a busy road,
adjacent to a divine temple,
with a protector God,

The creator of that God,
prays there in the morning,
to restore
his faith of selling faith.
